Our Project Management services, ranging from search and plot management to construction post-sale, including the completely development of a construction/building project or real estate promotion, including if Customer request it the preparation of any necessary project (architecture, engineering, licensing activities, etc)
In order to make much easy the Client, ours services can be offered in diferent parts, so Client can choose the most appropriate to their interests.
The Project Management services are mainly oriented to the professional real estate promoter and companies that needs constructive regular services (hotels, banks, international stores, etc), even the occasional Real Estate Promoter or companies with specific construction requirements.
The Project Monitoring service is offered primarily to financial institutions or investment groups, who wish to pursue a constant external audit of construction/building projects, funded or where they have invested.
