GPI has some very useful tools for sharing and keeping updated information of each of its projects, which allows the customer, and anyone agents involved in projects, or authorized personnel can access this information
GPI’s website has a private area restricted by username and password, which is kept updated all the information of some relevance of each project.
This information is stored in the GPI server, which is permanently accessible, unless specific moments maintenance or upgrade, and the most common formats, with both viewable and downloadable on-line.
With this tool, anyone who is authorized to do so, you can access anytime, from anywhere to information relating to the project of interest.
Because sometimes the digital information is very extensive or files contain much information, and complete project documentation, 3D perspectives, marketing materials / marketing, etc … which makes it impossible to send it by e-mail, GPI has a tool for the immediate exchange of these digital files “heavy”, by using a disk storage that is connected 24 hours a day, and allows this exchange via FTP.
This temporarily enables a GPI folders for each exchange of information, which are removed after a week of stay, thus avoiding the traditional delivery of digital media (CD-DVD-Pendrive), either in person or via courier, and any delay.
Access to these folders, is also encrypted, so it will provide each agent GPI intervener in the project, and authorized, the necessary keys.
Obviously, the transfer speed depend on the state of the network, and bandwidth available, but according to our tests, the overall transfer rate is quite fast.
